Our Services
All packages are customizable based on venue structure, guest count, cultural traditions, and couple preferences. Many
weddings require unique support levels, and final inclusions may shift after consultation.
Wedding Day Management
This service is designed for couples who have handled the majority of their planning and vendor bookings, but want a professional to take over in the final stage to ensure everything runs smoothly.
General Structure & Inclusions
- Onboarding and access to planning materials
- One onboarding call to review wedding details and expectations
- Review of vendor contracts and timelines provided by the couple
- Communication with vendors beginning approximately 4-6 weeks before the wedding
- Creation of a detailed master wedding day timeline sent to all vendors
- One planning meeting to finalize logistics
- Unlimited email communication (48 hr response time)
- Management of wedding rehearsal (1hr of support)
- Wedding day execution including:
- Vendor arrival and setup oversight
- Coordination of ceremony and reception flow
- Managing timeline and cues (processional, speeches, dances, etc.)
- Setup of personal décor items provided by the couple
- Point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and wedding party
- Problem-solving and behind-the-scenes management
- Assistance with end-of-night wrap-up as agreed upon
This package focuses primarily on logistics and execution, allowing the couple to be fully present.
Elevated Support / Partial Planning
Designed for couples who want more hands-on guidance throughout the planning process but still wish to maintain involvement and decision-making control.
General Structure & Inclusions
Includes everything in Wedding Day Management plus:
- Monthly or milestone check-ins
- Guidance on vendor selection with curated recommendations based on style and budget
- Help reviewing vendor proposals
- Assistance with rental selections and sourcing
- Support with venue logistics and layout planning, including building all event floorplans
- Venue walkthrough and final details meeting
This package provides a balance of independence and professional support, helping couples stay organized and confident while avoiding overwhelm.

Décor Rentals (Add-On)
A curated collection of rentable décor designed to elevate any wedding style. Choose from candles, vases, arches, linens, table décor, signage, dinnerware, greenery, photo walls, and more.
Rental services include delivery, setup, client pickup options, and post-event breakdown. Bundle options are available for simplified table décor, signage, candles, or sweetheart-table styling.
Unified Sustainable Wedding Package
Starting Add On Fee $500 – price varies depending on guest count, decor items, etc.
A complete eco-conscious cleanup and repurposing service that reduces waste and extends the life of your wedding décor and florals.
This package includes waste sorting and recycling, compost collection, décor breakdown, floral donation and repurposing, and a customized Zero-Waste Impact Report. A dedicated onsite eco team manages all post-event efforts.
