Sustainable Events, Done Right
Available as an add-on to any Full Planning package, our sustainability services cover waste reduction, eco-conscious vendor sourcing, reusable décor strategies, and conservation-focused event logistics.
Wedding Day Management

For couples who have handled their own planning and want experienced hands managing the details on the day itself, wedding day management covers the final stretch.
What’s Included:
- Timeline creation and management
- Vendor coordination and day-of vendor management
- Ceremony direction and reception management
- Setup and breakdown coordination
- Rehearsal the day before
- On-site coordination of all expected wedding day vendors to include catering, entertainment, photography/videography, and more
- Review of all floor plans to ensure a seamless flow from ceremony to reception
Destination Wedding Planning

Weddings held away from home come with their own logistics, and destination planning is built to manage them.

- Full wedding day coordination and timeline management
- Vendor communication and final confirmations, adapted for planning at a distance
- Logistics coordination in an unfamiliar location

Elopement Planning
